The Southeastern Michigan Industry Liaison Group (SMILG) was established in 1993 as a non-profit organization dedicated to creating and fostering a spirit of cooperation between Southeastern Michigan federal contractors and the OFCCP. SMILG has expanded over the years to include all employers who are covered by either/or both the OFCCP and EEOC.
Members have direct access to the OFCCP and EEOC district office management and are informed of new developments and activities. There is no cost for employers to join.

2012 30th Industry Liaison Group Annual Conference
The Hawaii Industry Liaison Group (HILG) is privileged to host the 30th Annual Industry Liaison Group National Conference, August 27th - 31st, 2012 at the Hilton Waikoloa on the Big Island of Hawaii. The theme for the conference is “Ho’okele – Navigating the New Regulatory Landscape”. This conference will be significant, not only in the quality of program content, but because it will also recognize the 30th anniversary of the formation of industry liaison groups and the three-decades of partnership that exists between the OFCCP and federal contractors.
